It has both. 10/10 or something like that the label says if makes sense. So a mix of THC and CBD. I assume yours is the same?
I felt a subtle/mild stoned feeling and slept 6hrs straight for two nights in a row. That's huge for me. My mood the next day was great following some decent zzz's. I guess I need to do more testing as only had twice.
I'll see how it goes long term. Hoping I start to get sleep to 7hrs then I would feel cured.
