But I congratulate you. While all the obsessive Saints haters took the day off, you hung in there on xmas day, flying the paper uno flag.

You're new to rugby league, but thanks to the Dragons, you have managed to find your calling.

Now some will tell you to find a team to support, but not me... I want your interest in rugby league to orbit around the greatness of the Red V.

For me, this greatness is easy to talk about in the festive season. St George are bigger than xmas.

But from what I can tell, you don't seem to have a team to support. It looks like the Dragons are all you have. For you, the premiership victory of 2010 has been a distraction... and despair that you have had to endure. What can I say? You earned it.

And on that point I am pleased that I have brought you over to the light. You previously whinged and moaned about forum standards, cried when a moderator dared to disagree with you... and yet, you have stayed. Even on xmas day. You're one of us now.

By working you over, I have given you the best you can hope for... a cause to cling onto and someone to talk to.

This is my xmas present to you.

The team Saints fan have supported since 1921 have won the comp a grand total of 16 times.. adding Illawarra to our name and history in 1999 does not change this fact.

Upholding the right to claim 16 premierships? Now that is the decent and right thing to do.
