The last few have been quick turnaround
Interesting thing is Dragons and Newcastle at start of his career are the only clubs he hasn't been involved in at the time that haven't made a GF while he has been associated with them.

Dragons in 2005 made a prelim so he got close there
But Broncos in 2006 won the comp.
Bulldogs made a few GFs during Ennis tenure
Cronulla won the comp in 2016
Raiders made the GF in 2019 when he was involved
Parra made the GF in 2022 - Ennis only season at the club.

I think he’s building up a portfolio of evidence/experience for a bigger job….

The guys is a flat out winner - even in his job at Fox, look how quickly he’s become one of the lead contributors there, despite lots of people thinking he ain’t that crash hot behind the mic (something I don’t agree with).

He’s one of those blokes where being successful is not optional, anything other than winning is a loss, and he’ll not abide blokes who don’t have the same commitment.

Frenzy.

Hell yeah. Overlooked part of the Panthers’ current dominance.

Yep, that's the unwritten reference. He's been the conditioner for their pathways for years and in 2022 was appointed manager of the whole Panthers pathways program. He's been in the system for 12 years altogether. They have 100 kids from 13 years old up that are being worked with and monitored.

An article I found is here

What happened to all the kids that we had in those gun Morris teams a couple of years ago? It seems our development pipeline has dried up a bit.
