I'd be amazed if he doesn't contest it.
a) there's a good chance he'd get off.
b) even if he's found guilty, it's still 2 games, ie. there's nothing to be gained with an early plea.

Problem in contesting it is that if he fails, he may still only be suspended for 2 games, BUT he'll have a stack of carry over points for next time - just like his 93 carry over points are hurting him this time.

its a new judicary system folks so CARRY OVER POINTS FROM LAST YEAR DO NOT APPLY as they were cancelled.

all players in 2004 started with a clean slate when the new system was introduced.

The tackle is made look worse with Wagon coming in to drag him down. However the main point the judiciary will look at is the hand between the legs which is where the player gets in to trouble.
