What the f**k? Worst decision of all time.

So if I understand this correctly, a good shoulders tackle that slips up = 1-2 weeks, a high shot around the ears followed by a flying elbow to the head = free to play?

Completely agree.

Every bit as bad as the Burns and Inglis tackles. Incredible that he's playing before round 4 next year let alone this week.

Shows what a farce the judiciary is, why can't they change a charge ?

A bloke on the street gets into a barfight and kills someone with a punch. The police charge him with murder.
It goes to court where its argued the charge of murder is not the appropriate charge. The bloke doesn't walk out a free man, rather the charge gets changed to manslaughter.

I realise that the NRL judiciary does not work on common law principles, but surely they could conduct hearings with common sense.

But why not? The players have lawyers present at the hearing don't they?

This is a strange one because plenty of Roosters fans were actually happy that he was suspended to see how we go without him, but it should make for a big occasion on Sunday with Mini's 250th and Anasta's last home game (thank God for that).

The roosters boss politis must have said..listen ive got a big day planned for his 250 with clown masks for sale and they are all printed..sooo let him off

Honestly send off on a grade 3 ..jumps like a hurdler to get him and a bigass forearm to the head..youd like his lawyer defending you for a crime

Worth at least two weeks

So many dribblers in this thread.

genius argument number one "If Matai or T-Rex did it..." - Matai and T-Rex both have ever growing lists of previous form. Minichiello hadn't even seen the judiciary in 13 years ffs.

genius argument number two "As bad as Burns" - aside from being straight up bullshit, even if it was identical to Burns, it still would have only got 3 weeks. More than half of Burns' suspension was for a chicken wing and loading. As it stands, comparing it to Burns and Inglis is nonsense anyway, they were nothing alike.

But hey, continue showing a complete lack of even a basic knowledge of how suspensions are given.

Should not have got off for that. Regardless of who it is/was. That was a really bad shot, definitely a send off offence but somehow not enough for a suspension. Give me a break.

Inglis pleaded guilty

Burns had a heated argument with kennedy in the previous play, the intent was pretty clear for all to see.

No can say minichiello hit was intentional. MRC got it wrong and thats where the blame should all be headed.

Yep, it was clumsy at worst. There was no intent. Move on. I can't see what the big deal is. I actually found the tackle attempt quiet funny. Sure Dugan didn't but hey it's a contact sport.

How is clumsy jumping a foot off the ground to hit a guy in the head with your f**king elbow??:lol::lol:

FYI, Broken nose and six stitches...

So because it wasn't on purpose it's OK? So if I fire a gun into a crowd and don't intend to hit or kill anyone I can get away with it as long as it's my first time and I've got a big day at work planned for the weekend? Good to know...
