Pearce is a good Club player but SOO, certainly not.

If anyone wants to stick up for him, his role was to own the team, direct the team and any other crap they want to sprout. Of which he did nothing. Kicks for a 7 tackle set when the pressure is on. Throws a horror pass when panicking.

In the 50 minutes of game 1 + the full 2nd game, NSW scored 28 points. In game 1, the 30 minutes Pearce was off, we scored 16. If you want to argue that in Origin 1, QLD were crap, why did we only score 12 points for the 50 minutes whilst Pearce was.on.

I am so disappointed because we really should have won last night.

Unfortunately, there will be no changes to game 3, we will lose by 2 and then they will say we lost games 2 and 3 by 2 points each and we will have Pearce for another 12 months.

If you listened too Gus and Joey and how angry they were, no-one could honestly defend the myth that Pearce is in SOO.

None of the above makes Pearce any less shit in Origin. But not to fear - he scored another support try that countless other players could have scored, so he'll be selected for the next 20 years at least.

Probably because Hayne has a long history of good performances at Origin level and was instrumental in us winning in 2014.
