There is also a degree of . . . actually, FIIK what you'd call it.
But WT management won't want to look stupid by propogating this whole " exciting young spine of Brooks, Moses and Tedesco" , then have one of the pin-ups of the trio getting dropped coz he offers nothing. It will no longer be a spine. Just 6 or 7 ribs, a few vertebrae and the coccyx.
That, and the fact he is on a juicy contract coz he's the nephew of Benny, don't you know ?
And lastly, he will never be dropped because then WT would be legally liable when Wittyfan throws himself off a building upon hearing the news of said dropping.
There. I've said it. Wittyfan is a man. Gauntlet, consider yourself thrown in a downward trajectory.

Moltzen should be at an age now where he does deliver, as he has NRL experience and apart from injury been around a while. What seems ironic is that Moses struggles and doesn't look FG material, yet he is selected every week ahead of others who may never be considered FG material or given the opportunity to do so.

I am not convinced Moses is getting enough of the ball. On the one hand sure he can go look for it but Farah's instincts always seem to be to go left out of dummy half.

Looks great when he takes on the line and backs himself. Like young Benji. Twice last week and twice this week. But that is all he contributes. Catch, pass, bomb. Needs to continually ask questions of the defence, not just two times a game some weeks, none other weeks. Look at Elgey and Bird. Six games each and controlling games. Moses has played 20-odd.

Step up, back yourself and have a go Moses. Atm he is a passenger when we need a general.

Yep, the Elgey/Bird reference is spot on....both have potential and are proving it and not always in a winning team.

We've scored more own goals re retention/recruitment than Messi & ronaldo have scored goals combined.

What was bittersweet for me was watching young Nathan Brown single handedly change the tempo of souths performance on fri night. When madge through him on souths forwards were struggling but he smashed the parra pack with an impressively ferocious performance.Hes a real good kid who is now at a club that will optimise his ability. This kid has raw toughness that is foreign to the wests tigers culture.

This kids kicking game was simply atrocious against the GC,how the hell he even makes FG clearly shows what a mess the WT club is in...!

Just a tip, fella's . . . . if you happen to see the name "Moses" in a sports headline, followed by any positive praise . . . don't get too excited !!
They are talking about Mbye, not Mitchell.

Those stats aren't nearly as bad as I would have guessed.
Austin probably would be playing NSW Cup by now if he were still at WT, given he plays off the cuff.

How good is Austin as a player. In stating that Canberra are trying to win games whereas I have no idea what we are trying to do.

The Raiders are playing to their strength which is great to watch and beneficial to them, the WT on the other hand are trying to play to a structure, based on defence which allows no initiative in attack and appears to be doing more harm than good.
