I tend to ignore ads, and more often than not will mute them / walk away when they come on, but one I just saw again which I remember finding annoying last year (and is still equally annoying now) is some ad where the dishwashing detergent sings. I can't get to the remote quick enough to turn that off!

Another one got added to my list in recent days. I don't know what it's for, but it's a black and white cartoon, which is meant to look about 80yrs old or thereabouts. It has some character trying to tell us to do or get something.
I've never seen the whole thing through. As soon as it comes on, it gets switched off!

Think one of the few ads that i liked using a classic song was Coke when they used The Sounds Of Then by GANGgajang.
