Dragons talent spotter Peter Mulholland is also looking for a new home after parting ways with the Red V.

Weird development - he hasn't left to join another club, he's just left. Did we move him on or has he left of his own accord? There's clearly a story here.

Very disappointing development.

Word on JA is that he had a big falling out with our management. Been brewing for a while - they brought him in to do a job and then went against his advice and tied his hands in doing said job.

Does that apply to our current new signings?

So the signings of Mann, Havili. Lui and Masoe may not have had Mulholland's endorsement?

I'm assuming he wanted to move them on but the club went and signed them anyway?

Hmm I'm a bit mixed on this... On one hand I definitely agree with re-signing these guys... On the other hand I don't believe in hiring someone to do a job and then doing the job for them. Seems like a pointless exercise.

And if he had a plan assuming he'd be here 3 years, then I'm guessing next year's signings were supposed to contribute to that plan and timeframe. Everyone kept saying we were clearing space for signings in 2017.

So what happens now? Is his replacement going to finish off what he started? Or are we back at square 1 with a whole new gameplan?

This is f#*king insane (and I rarely swear).

And you guys wonder why my distaste for the management of this club is palpable.

Can't wait for the usual suspects to project a positive outlook.

Was Mulholand responsible for bringing in Nielsen, Keating, Henry and Rose? What if it was his idea to move on BMoz to get these 4 flops hence why he is now gone?

He may have a good record but if he was as good as everyone says he is why has he now been to so many clubs? Why did the previous clubs also let him go if he was as good as you are all saying?

What if he is moving for personal reasons alone?

No good speculating about this. Nothing has come out yet official so it's best to wait and see? I would not go out bagging the club just yet over speculation.

BMoz was on the way out prior to Mulholland coming, it had been a long time in the works. He had limited room to move in 2015 and limited time (few decent options left) and tried to fill the gaps we had. He has done well prepping for 2016 and has always said we would be very active for 2017.

Because he is in demand. Pretty simply TBH...

He's not. Although you've probably just given the club a good idea of how to spin it.

And the club will come out with some bullshit excuse and way of making themselves sound fine in the whole thing. There is no sugar coating it, this is a terrible, terrible f**k up.

Didn't take long for the Mary & Doust nuthuggers to spring into action.

Isn't 2017 when the new tv deal is announced or is that 2018. Maybe Doust and CO are thinking they can build an empire based on the extra dollars coming but in the mean time stuff everything up.

These idiots need to go.
