f**king moron.
f**k I hope he gets knocked the f**k out and it ends up on a T shirt - again.
Daley and Beetson climbed the everest of league.
Mundine is a hack who talked his team into trouble and f**ked off twice.
It saddens me he ever wore the red and white.
Realistically, for all his money etc, he pissed away what may have been a promising boxing career fighting some of the worlds best rickshaw drivers and past champions.
I am actually surprised Geale is entertaining this side show worthy hack, there must be a good pay day attached to it for him anyway.
I thought it was a play on words for Manny Pacquiao. My mistake if it wasn't.
I just assumed everyone would get the joke as it's one of the more famous skits on the first and most well known 12th man album. (Based on the real boxer who Fenech fought of course)
But then I realised that not everyone on here would be old enough to remember or get the joke.
Anthony Mundine has become embroiled in another racism scandal by claiming Laurie Daley never proudly claimed his Aboriginal heritage, and that the late Arthur Beetson was controlled by outside influences to stymie Mundine's international rugby league aspirations.
Mundine backed away from labelling Beetson an Uncle Tom - a slang term usually describing a black person being overly subservient to whites ? but claimed that while Beetson was chairman of selectors for the Kangaroos he never picked him because he had the title but no power to make decisions.

You should love him, he handed Melbourne their first premiership.
Nah, that honor goes to Jamie Ainscough...
I feel sorry for him.
What much else he could do in that situation.
Sorry, mate I'm old enough but forgot the skit. I remember the dude, once he got smashed by Fenech, I'm sure he went off to become a Buddhist monk.

You clearly have no idea. Mundine has 3 belts, one of them was an interim belt, one was the equivalent of being the number 1 contender (with a super champion ranked above him) and one was a IBO belt that isn't worth the material it's made with.Anyone with a slight interest in boxing knows that world titles are a dime a dozen; the question is where they recognised world titles: answer - yes they were. You can say the same for Green and Geale's world titles. What is the point - was he a recognised world champ - yes, he was.
He actually became a pop star in Thailand..

Geale has a legitimate super champion belt
Or Mundine could have passed the ball. Mundine lost the Dragons that Grand Final, not only did his play stop them from sewing up the match it changed the entire momentum.Ball and all over the sideline.
Or
Knocked the ball loose
Or
Held him up
Say what you want about Anthony, but those who have met him know he's nothing like what you see in front of the camera. I have met him a few times and to this day he's one of the nicer athletes I have met. Through my line of work I have met Meninga, Daley, Preston Campbell and co. Anthony was the most genuine out of the lot of them. He donates a lot of his money and time to charities and helps out with fundraisers. He does all this stuff quietly. Away from the cameras, he's really humble and actually a pretty shy guy.
No way, if Mundine doesn't drop it over the line, Melbourne are not even in the hunt by the time Ainscough swings off Smith's melon.
"You know what, I don't think Anthony really knows what being an Aboriginal or being part-Aboriginal is. I just don't think he gets it," Treacy said.
"He just thinks if you hang around Redfern in his little gang where all his world revolves, that's it.
"I don't think he thinks outside the circle too much. The North Queensland missions, the people in Alice Springs and Darwin and Dubbo and all over the country, I don't know that he's really in touch with any of them or the way they live.
