Limp Bizkit's cover of Behind blue eyes originally done by The Who. I bet a lot of younger folks didn't even know it was a cover.

Behind Blue Eyes = not guilty, both versions are crap, that makes 3 Innocent and 1 guilty

This is the thread where 'musicians' are put on trial for murdering songs made famous by more illustrious artists that have gone before them.

All that is required is the verdict of seven jurors - the first seven to reply to each trial - and a majority verdict will suffice.

Anybody can join in but please do not start a new trial until the current one has concluded. Once four 'guilties' or 'not-guilties' have been recorded, jump straight in.

The first trial, your honour.....

COSIMA DE VITO, you have been charged of murdering 'When The War Is Over', originally sung by COLD CHISEL

What is the verdict of the jury?

That song was brutally murdered by John Farnham long before Cosima got hold of it.
You can't kill that which is already dead, therefore not guilty.
