I park at CIT every week without any problems, except for the parking ticket I got a couple of weeks ago - I tried to be a smart arse by dragging the no parking sign back a few metres so I could park there. Needless to say, it didn't work.

Hhhmm would prefer a parking ticket to 2 slashed tyres.

How on earth did you move one of those signs?? Aren't they concreted in?

I don't like parking at the CIT either, I've seen many cars broken into and my friend two windows broken and a heap of stuff stolen.

We used to park at the hospital and walk, took a little longer but back when we were poor uni students and couldn't afford parking.

Park at the Westfield at Belco and then hop a bus.

That's what I used to do, anyway...

They blocked off a little area near a walking track where I usually park, god knows why. I considered moving the signs, too.

And I've had a quarter window smashed and some stuff nicked (in separate incidents) at the TAFE, still park there though.

Westfield is pay parking.

Parking is free at Belco Westfield on the weekend isnt it?

And its free parking for the first 3 hours anyway I think on any given day

Ive never found parking at Bruce a hassle - i never pay for parking - but you gotta know where to go ;-)

But the bit about Bruce Stadium that absolutely SH!TS ME OFF - the price of tucker at the ground - my mate got a bucket of chips and a orange juice on sunday - $8 something.

Robbo is a bit of a wanker - but a breath of fresh air from Marty (who is now on air in Wollongong still with Erica i believe).

Mind you i havent come across a ground announcer who ive gone - wow this guy is great!

yeh i got no probs with the parking and no real dramas paying $5 for it... better than a hell of a lot of other grounds.

couldnt agree more on food and drink... i think i paid $4.80 for a bottle of coke... so now i just deal with no food or drink for a couple of hours.

Everyones forgotten to mention the best part of bruce stadium - Victor the Viking

Did everyone see him drop his daks and moon the saints supporters?

and who says rugby league is for the low end of society? ;-)

Seriously tho, Victor is a champ and makes raiders home games what they are
(and i did laugh when the shorts came down)

Also my girlfriend lives in dryandra street so I've done the park + walk from there a lot. Its great, and good fun walking the path with hundreds of other raiders fans after a game
the only problem is that if you get there late dryandra street has cars parked along it for about 2+kms
so i wouldnt recommend it for people who cut it fine and get there just before the game starts

He came up into the Mal Meninga Stand recently (v Parramatta I think). Started chucking grapes and peanuts at people (who didn't seem to mind)

victor is awesome, he got punted for that manga sh*te that trudged out first game at Bruce, the crowd gave that abomination such a massive backlash, next week they reinstated victor

We've done the same thing to our "manga" creation, but no avail - he keeps coming back.

I have generally found parking there to be OK, but the only thing is the "crawl" out. I don't know if it would be cost effective, but traffic lights at Ginninderra Drive would be a good idea.

The cost of food is pretty expensive, but I usually don't plan ahead, so I pay the price (in more ways than one).

I remember Robbo - he IS a wanker.

Robbo wouldn't be that bad if he would just stop trying to put the moz on the raiders. Last week, with about 20 minutes to go he came on the PA and said 'Come on raiders fans, the seasons on the line here'
The players dont need to hear that in a tight game.

I do love the 'hitcha!'s tho
