How many times does he have to make the same accident before it’s an issue?

You mean the same accident that has only happened twice in probably over 5000 tackles hes made in his career?

Accidental headclashes happen. It's a collision sport, happens every week even

Napa needs a long stint on the sideline to show him that his reckless style of tackling will not be accepted. If he was sent off the first time on Sims as he should have been this wouldn't have happened. For those making excuses for Napa you don't launch head first at an opponent by accident. To do so twice either shows intent or more likely a brain explosion either way it was no accident. By the hang dog look on Napas face after the tackle it looked like even he expected to be sent off.

He’s got a poor tackling technique that has led to a couple of nasty head clashes. I don’t buy into it being intentional(other than his intent to put on a big hit). Definitely careless & reckless. He needs a holiday & some training to sort himself out or he’ll end up like Craig Smith & off to England.

How many other "accidents" where the tackled player misses the rest of the game (and potentially more games) happen like that every week?

You're proving the point you're arguing against.

Textbook reckless play which should be penalised both on field at the time and with time out.
