Probably. I'm not saying I wouldn't have kept him. But there were other factors in his leaving that you're ignoring, and the Raiders paid far too much IMO.

You need a mix of workers and explosive players like Paulo. While Vave is handy he's not in the same postcode as paulo and it's something the side lacks.

Yeah, look im on board with wishing he was still here .... i remember when hindy111 made a thread asking who was our most important junior forward coming into first grade, tepai, pauli or junior - most merkins went pauli and tep, but i was rock solid on junior - he is definitely something we could do with ... but i dont know all the details
