Spurs got robbed by incorrect calls? Oh please, Miami got just as many incorrect ones if not more. The game is not officiated in the same way in the final minutes. Everyone knows it. All you can hope for is that it gets officiated equally. And it did. Lebron got his hands taken out by Green on the fastbreak late and it was ignored. The refs called both teams equally.

What is seriously underrated. The way Lebron defended Parker. The Kobes and the MJs have never consistently taken out elite superstars on the defensive end the way he does. In 2011 he did it to Rose and Rondo. He's done it to Westbrook and Durant when he needed to. He did it tonight to Parker and still put up a triple double offensively.
Oh geez here we go, I was enjoying this thread:roll:

I'm probably being a prisoner of moment but that's probably the best game I've ever seen.

Duncan's first half masterpiece feels like years ago.

My anger is slowly going and it was an amazing game, obviously any loss like that clouds someone's judgement lol.

I'm not even a Spurs fan and I'm angry:lol:

It should be interesting to see how they regroup, I'm sure a lot of people think Miami romp it in but this is a well coached side that has been here before.

Miami/LeBron played what was expected all finals series, whether they turn it on remains to be seen.
Bosh had a fantastic game as well.

Ugh, I feel unclean now that Bunniesman is on the Heat as well. Jordan never shut down a superstar? Ok ok i'll just ignore him...everyone else has done well to do so.

LBJ had an immense 4th quarter but if the Heat didn't win then the lasting memory would have been those two horrendous turnovers that looked like me on the court.

He got them back into that game single handedly. But he didn't really close it out. MJ would have.

Duncan had the game of his season and they still couldn't win. Can he do that again.

Ginobili in game 5 was so far above everything else he has done recently, game 6 he came back to his average. Does he have another superhuman game left in the bag?

Can Parker adjust in the face of being suffocated by Lebron?

The trophy was being wheeled out. Some Heat "fans" had left. If the Spurs come back from this it will go down as their greatest championship.

And on Lebron, he is the most well rounded player I have ever seen. I'm more impressed by what he does as a defender than all the great things he does with the ball.

It breaks my heart that he went to Miami and spoiled an undeserving city. I wish he had come to Chicago but even New York would have been more fitting than Miami.

I know Leonard will take some flak for that missed FT but I just loved how he played today. He's like a super-glue guy. Am becoming a fan of his.

I'm a long time Cavs fan. Every year about this time I'm torn between wanting to see him lose as justice and wanting to see him win cause he's freaking amazing.

Love LeBron. Love D Wade. Hate the Heat.

And I forgot to mention Cleveland in my post. Cleveland, Chicago, New York. All great basketball cities with so many passionate fans.

And Miami has the greatest collection of talent seen in decades. A city where people routinely don't bother showing up until well into the 1st quarter during the season. A city where people leave a finals elimination game only to do this:
@VictorOquendo 1h Now I'm watching horrible, drunk quitting fans desperately trying to get back in. This is madness.
There are probably two dozen cities who love their teams more than Miami does. Those fanbases would kill to have what Miami has. Yes there are exceptions to Miami fans but overall it's just so damn unfair.

/rant.

As for game 7: I prefer the Spurs as a franchise so I want them to win but I also think Lebron is criticized so unfairly and out of proportion to whatever minor things he has done wrong so I want him to win too. I don't want his vitriolic haters to get the satisfaction of him coming up short.

Hopefully he leaves for a real fanbase in 2014. The Cavs are an option. And I loathe the Lakers but I'd even prefer him to go to LA than stay where he is. Laker fans as much as they suck at least know to appreciate greatness.

Well said SGBull.

I too can't stand the Heat fans. They have such a good thing going atm but they're largely a bunch of heartless fairweather assholes.

I'd love to see a team like Portland have a big 3 like the Heat. As such said, such a fanbase would appreciate it.
