Unfortunately I have absolutely zero faith in game 7. Might just chuck $1000 on the Heat to win and not bother watching.
At least that's how it feels today.
Yeah I'm exactly the same.I'm a long time Cavs fan. Every year about this time I'm torn between wanting to see him lose as justice and wanting to see him win cause he's freaking amazing.
Love LeBron. Love D Wade. Hate the Heat.
I was waiting for someone to bring that up lolLebrons stats without his headband:
12 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 1 block and 4 turnovers on 5-of-11 shooting.
Yeah I'm exactly the same.
I feel sorry for Cleveland in general, to be a sports fan in that city.
Damn, heat are $1.36 favourites h2h
Probably not worth it
lol, I had a $50 bet with a mate at the start of the year for Spurs and him Heat.I'm probably just going to put $100 on the Heat and be done with it.
lol, I had a $50 bet with a mate at the start of the year for Spurs and him Heat.
I'd have to put $150 on Heat to get back the $50 I'll lose
And I forgot to mention Cleveland in my post. Cleveland, Chicago, New York. All great basketball cities with so many passionate fans.
And Miami has the greatest collection of talent seen in decades. A city where people routinely don't bother showing up until well into the 1st quarter during the season. A city where people leave a finals elimination game only to do this:
There are probably two dozen cities who love their teams more than Miami does. Those fanbases would kill to have what Miami has. Yes there are exceptions to Miami fans but overall it's just so damn unfair.
/rant.
As for game 7: I prefer the Spurs as a franchise so I want them to win but I also think Lebron is criticized so unfairly and out of proportion to whatever minor things he has done wrong so I want him to win too. I don't want his vitriolic haters to get the satisfaction of him coming up short.
Hopefully he leaves for a real fanbase in 2014. The Cavs are an option. And I loathe the Lakers but I'd even prefer him to go to LA than stay where he is. Laker fans as much as they suck at least know to appreciate greatness.
Fact of the Day:
The 2013 NBA Finals consists of four former NBA Finals MVPs are on either roster (Duncan, Parker, Wade, and James), the most since the 1987 NBA Finals. The Finals also set a record for most international players on either Finals roster (10). Tim Duncan became the fourth player in NBA history to make a Finals appearance in three different decades.
