Even though he looked a bit shaky at the end, would still have liked Gasol to get the ball on that last play.

Timeout would have been nice.

Anyone else pumped about Darko's play in Minnesota? Hope he stays with them and doesn't go back to Europe.

His time to shine might be sooner rather than later..

Gotta love the Pacers winning games towards the end of the season, and hence worsening their draft position.

Presume the other thread was closed because of its length....??

Durant is now the leading scorer for the year and should remain so unless LeBron plays in the Cavs final game against the Hawks (he's been rested the last two games and there's no reason to play him). I think that means KD becomes the youngest player to ever lead the league in scoring. Incredible.

Have no idea. I didn't close it.

I'll open it up again. Not long to go in the regular season so it would be pointless to close it now.

Very impressive. iirc he'll break the record by a couple of years

The West playoff seeding is just so fluid atm. As it currently stands I think the Lakers are matched up against OKC for the first round. After couple of days it could be the Suns or the Spurs.

And in the East, the Hawks need to win their last two games (@ Bucks & Cavs) to definitely clinch the 3rd seed and avoid Cleveland in the second round. It's ridiculous - swept Boston 4-0 this year yet Boston will get the 3rd seed if both clubs are even at the end of the season as they're a division winner.

Also, Bulls beat Raptors today to move into the 8 spot and Bucks and Heat are jostling for 5th spot.

Only a little thing, but if things go to plan Orlando (and Cleveland obviously) will both have home court advantage over the Lakers if either of them met Kobe in the Finals.

The Magic are in some good form at the right end of the season, hope they keep it up during the playoffs, if all goes to plan Magic and Cavs play the Eastern Conference Final, should be a ripper of a series, but they have to get there 1st.

Lakers haven't been in great form, is Kobe still out.

Important win for the Roy-less Blazers against the Thunder. This means that OKC will be the 8th seed and face LA in the first round.

Other news out of the game is that Roy has a torn meniscus. His status for the playoffs is uncertain.

Wooot, Hawks secure 3rd seed with the Boston loss and a likely match-up against the Bucks, unless Heat lose to Nets (unlikely) and Bucks beat Celtics (more possible but unlikely) as Bucks own head to head tie-breaker.

Still a likely second-round exit (if we get that far) to the Magic but it will hopefully be more competitive than last season's sweep by Cleveland.

Expecting big things from the rockets next season, if we can stay healthy I'm predicting a top 4 finish.

What will be a significant issue for the Rockets is whether or not they can re-sign Scola. He's been on a tear recently, which will no doubt have several teams interested.

Plus there are so many teams with cap space that you feel that a guy like Scola may get paid overs.
