Best I ever came up with was at Uni. I had an assessment due that I cbf doing. Ended up not going to this particular class for several weeks so I told the lecturer that I had Ross River fever. Woke up one day and couldn't feel my legs. Took several weeks to get over, but I managed to do my assessment anyway while I was laid up in hospital. She actually offered me an extension....

Last year our work was getting really strict on the amount of sickies taken and my mate rang in sick and they asked him for a medical certifacate the next day and he said he didnt have one. He said he "sharted" they were like what, and he said he "sharted'. Did a fart and followed through. hahahahahaahah true story

Never taken a fake sickie in my working life. Well actually the closest I got was being sent home with a massive hang over, the boss was impressed I made the effort to come in. If I am actually sick I usually come in and share my germs around, probably should not do that. I have probably had about 10 actual sick days in 11 years.
