Given Penrith's poor start to the season, and especially Nathan Cleary's poor form, questions about conflict of interest would have to be asked surely? What would the rest of the squad be thinking watching little Mr. Perfect running around in the halves plodding it up and not even a hint of a hook coming from Coach Dad?
The Panthers have won the same number of games as the Broncos. Is Milford getting hooked? Or Boyd? Neither of them have set the world on fire.

Luke Ricketson (2000s) because of his dad Doug Ricketson (1960s).

But we must also note that Luke was not bad looking (even though not as good looking as Tim Lafai), so that factor helped to attract girls and women fans to the Roosters, and made him a fan favourite.

Dumbest thing written in the history of the English language.

Daniel Mortimer.

Morts played well in the lower grades and had great value as a utility player.

He was just never physical enough to survive week in week out in first grade

He had speed and was an excellent support player. He always backed up when others gave up.

He should have gone to Super League earlier. His inclusion is unfair.

He is also a very decent human being.

He was also a very good tackler from memory. He probably was not a good defender in terms of wrestling, slowing down but old school tackling (an error these days) he was good at.

Coached NSW to an Origin series victory. Something that eluded some quite illustrious names.

When most of the Queensland greats were retired from origin...

But then again, credit where it is due. Freddy thinks outside of the box compared to past NSW coaches. He has done many things right so far.

Tyrone May being his backup doesn't help either

How the Broncos felt with Darius plodding it up for them with his dad as coach

Solomone Kata....because surely he'd be calling Stephen Kearney 'Daddy' like they do in them adult videos. Why else is he ruddy picked every week?

Dean Young son of Craig.
Except he went okay. Not one of the greats but he wasn't a plodder.
Someone mentioned Dave Furner must have forgotten his first grade career at the raiders.
No-one mentioned the Morris twins as two of the good ones.
Dragons are bringing through Wendell's son Tristan Sailor but he's doing well in lower grades.
Ron Giteau's son doesn't count either as that was a different code and he was pretty good at that.
Rod Reddy's son was an okay goal-keeper but his other one was an okay fringe first grader.
Lord Ted's sons have gone okay but with wildly varying levels of success.
Robin Gourley's son Scott was a wallaby while he was still in uni I believe before making a reasonably successful stint in league.
Glenn Stewart looked at first to be the price Manly had to pay to get Brett on board but he soon turned into a great player.
Jury is still out on Will Hopoate. He was flavour of the month at Parra but hasn't done anything spectacular for the dogs.
And Mark Gasnier was Reg's nephew but also pretty good.

There was John Lang and his brain-dead sprog Martin Lang. Loved running in to brick walls and not a lot else from memory. Seemed to follow him around from club to club.
Not a son but Brian Smith brought his brother Tony into the steelers and then the Dragons.
Tony was very unremarkable as a 5/8 but was a successful coach in super league.
Sam Backo had a son who played for the cowboys.
Mitchell Moses is related to backdoor benny in some way.
Did noone mention Brett Finch?
Lachlan Maranta was the son of one the broncos owners.
On a similar note Adam Quinlan was dating Peter Dousts daughter. He was agreat support player but too small for NRL. Is making a real go of it in super league though.
Brett Mullins was similar to Hopoate with one season being unstoppable and then forgettable. Too much wacky tobacky from what I hear.
There's also a ton of Burgess brothers riding off the back of big bro Sam's success (and their mum).
