He only got about 15 minutes of game time towards the end of the game. Came on for Lockyer who was given an early mark with the game out of reach.

During that period Manly pretty much dominated possession and the Broncos had switched off so we didn't get to see what Berrick can do with the ball in his hands. But he defended well. Made a handful of good head on tackles and didn't miss any from what I saw.

Sounds alot simular to our Todd Carney. Solid defender but hasnt had enough time and ball to show his attacking play. Look forward to seeing young Berrick come through, from all reports berrick is a star of the future... a sound partner for Todd Carney for the future aussie team ;-)
