One of the journos asked him if getting the Aussie coaching job would speed up his citizenship application and he responded "I hope so"

Rixon unfortunate, should've been coach ahead of Swampy years ago and had a fair argument for this job as well.

I'll reserve judgement. Dont have an issue with a foreign coach really, you go for the best available.

The Deans saga has made me a bit skeptical on foreign coaches but the plus for Arthur is he knows our system through coaching WA. I do feel for Rixon, his CV looks dam impressive.
