That would be the campaigns entire budget including future spend on media. The TVC shouldnt cost too much to edit it. Not too hard to re-work the add, hopefully a lot of the print stuff hasnt gone ahead (outdoor advertising etc).

No where near 6 figures.

If they are using stock footage from Nine there will be some sort of back door contra, and if the agency wants to retain their contract, they will no how to charge accordingly.

Gee this is bad news, IF he is proven guilty in court he will not play league again. The NRL would have to de-register him, and he wont get a work visa for overseas with a criminal charge..... jail may also be a penalty for guilt.
