It's a new thing they're bringing in. More restrictions ect. I don't really know, doesn't effect me.

When i lived there it was just the red.

Basically you're on your red P's for 1 year i think. Then you can go for your green P's and you have to sit on these for 1.5 years or something. The Greens give you more freedom as aposed to reds...
