Basically it means that you join a team and then write RL related essays. Once you choose a team, you'll have a captain to help you out.
I'm sure you'll have no trouble getting a guernsey.

G'day Wal. You just passed the literacy test so that's good enough for me.
The Newtown Bluebags have two spots available and if your interested, one spot has your name on it.
We were grand finalists in 2003 (going down by 0.1 of a point) and semi-finalists in 2002.
2004 is our year and you can be part of the grinning team.
