It keeps getting better and better.

15 steps is an amazing track.

Bodysnatchers would be incredible live.

Finally got it to download and I've gotta say I really like what I've heard and this is from someone who's become somewhat dissallusioned with where Radiohead had been heading. It's good to see less techno sh*t on this album and some great tracks like Bodysnatchers where Thom sounds eerily like Jeff Buckley.

I think they've finally refined and become comfortable with this sound they've gone for since Kid A. Awesome album.

After a few days listening, this is where I think it fits in best to worst of their albums:

OKC > Kid A > In Rainbows > The Bends > HTTT > Amnesiac > Pablo

The Bends has some pretty classic tracks, however I think In Rainbows flows alot better and has more consistency about it. OKC and Kid A are two of the best albums ever - period.

I think it is by far the best release of the year - and I doubted anything was going to top Neon Bible...

I'm loving it, their best since ok computer IMO. I wasn't a big fan of Kid a. This one is much warmer sounding.

Kid A is a masterpiece.

IMO the most unfluential and groundbreaking album since sh*t, The Wall?

IR has more positive feel to it. imo it's a happy medium between Amnesiac and Kid A, maybe not necessarily what they were trying to do with Kid A, but more content with their situation?

I guess they didn't have the wall of expectation like they did post OC.

Whatever the reason, brilliant album!

Re: Bends, I still hold it equal with OC, some absolute classic tracks in there. Not as consistent, but Fake Plastic alone holds it up nicely.

Personally, I'd go:
OK Computer > Kid A > In Rainbows > Amnesiac = The Bends = Hail To The Thief > Pablo Honey

Dan it's good to hear that people are giving the bad decent $$ for the album, hopefully it points the way forward for the music business.

Hmmm ... I'm not a huge Radiohead fan but I may have to download the album and have a listen.

I think they're a little over-rated but certainly a lot better than most of the modern Brit bands. You know, turd like Coldplay etc. Uggghhh, awful band Coldplay.

Chris Martin is another Thom wannabe.

Just like that tool from Muse.

Oh please, Muse are 100000000 times the band that Radiohead are. God you Radiohead snobs make me sick... "They just don't get it"... no, it's not that we don't get it, we do get it and it's f**kING AWFUL.

I heard it when JJJ played the whole album... I would rather listen to a cat die.

It's good to know that your poor taste extends beyond just Rugby League, skeepe.

Radiohead fans are the biggest snobs on the planet. The joke's on them - they're listening to sh*t.
