It's no longer a cap or sombrero, it's a tent as per Tallis. He is about the only one I can think of that is calling out the Rooster's. The others media types just joke about it. This "culture" excuse is wearing thin. Why has Penrith lost so many players, don't they having a winning culture like the Rooster's?
What chances do we have and some other clubs' chances when the Roosters nab the best? They have to bring in a points system otherwise this just keeps going on and we spend time and time complaining about it.
They still have Kevin Hasting's money to spend in next year's cap.
It's not a cap; it's a floor! TPA's are the cap. The NRL obviously likes this private investment money and, no doubt, expect every club to find major private backers.
roosters have a salary cap, thats got to be new.
Both these players i feel will be retained by their respective clubs.

I don't have any info on these guys. Loulash reported us possibly looking at signing Fifita but he did not mention Tuitavake. Maybe Loulash can give us a heads upon them.
