Broncos looking to move on Joe Ofahengaui - currently on $500k, but they’d likely have to tip in some of his freight form next 2 years.... If we could get him for $350/400, I think he’d be a great signing. Gone off the boil this year, but so have all of that lot.

I dunno if we need another rising middle forward, but do need some experience in the pack for the youth crew..

I'd be lookin for mid-priced 'replacements' for Moylan and Fifita who it seems we're gonna carry injured through next year :/

Pass, if we're going to sign any forwards it needs to be in the Lewis/Ennis/Gallen mentor leader role to keep the current crop of kids on the right track imo.

Between the current forwards throw in Wilton, Pele, Vasquez, Giles, Carr, Finau etc etc we need some experience to help them progress.

Wouldn’t touch ofahengaue with a 10 foot pole. He has been one of the broncos worst this year and is apparently a massive f**kwit off the field.

The issue I see here though is that Tamou is probably still going to be on biggish money as he seems to be wanted by a fair few clubs. And whilst he’s playing decent at the moment, he’s not going to be any better than his current form, and if anything, is likely to get worse (he’s been inconsistent throughout his entire career). Joe O however has massive upside - but I do take the point that he may be shakey off-field (I wasn’t aware of that).

Some wild speculation here, of the "what if -... then...." bs variety

Panthers make GF and lose . Tamou ,being offloaded... then ...might be more inspired to have one last real crack at it with a new club. If they win he might just want a last big payday to run around for fun. Suppose it also depends on his character.
