Less clubs means lower wages in union
less places for players to find a job
Did you miss this part "salary cap not due to rise from £5m to £6.4m until the 2024‑25 season. " or can you not read?

Since the rugby union calculator broke tba is their favourite term nowTBA ?
so a Stupor wugby crowd ?
They pay the Stupor wugby clubs .. only..because NZ yawnion entered into a private equity deal so they woudn't go brokeThe only relevance being it will be better for NZR since it's one less team that will be able to "buy" players. Not that it matters a hell of a lot, Japan and France still are able to.
It's just the end result of the sudden shift to Pro Rugby, the clubs will have to learn to live within their means. It also shows that NZR had the right idea and and controlled the entire game in NZ. They pay the players meaning none of the SR clubs will ever be in real financial trouble, no need for a salary cap and they can pay the top players whatever they think they are worth.

Domestic toffball is imploding across the planet
good times
every word is gospel there knobNot a single thing in that post is true.. It's amazing how much shit you spew out that's wrong.
You really are getting worse with every day... its sad, but laughable.

you blithering f stickExcept these words
Which is a blatant lie, since NZR has been paying SR clubs since 1995 and the PE money has only been around a few months, none of which was paid to SR clubs.
Once again you demonstrated you don't know what you are blathering on about so you make yourself look like an idiot and make up a lie. Poking massive holes in your "arguments" is like shooting fish in a barrel, easy but hardly sporting like.
you blithering f stick
a clear reference to their ability to pay them from now on ....
a potato in my pantry knew what I was talking about , but not you ....
backtrack nothing you NFI twatThat's it... backtrack all you want.... You f**ked up, as usual and are now trying to cover your stupid arse.
And even your backtrack is wrong, the increase in revenue of 40 odd % allows them to continue to pay players well. Nothing at all to do with PE money.
You can't even get your backtracks right, what hope is there for you to get a single thing right in this thread? None at all.
backtrack nothing you NFI twat
& the rest of your drivel is just
but but but
Yawnion
Imploding
The top end of town hahaha yea right
something about couldn't run a brothel next to a naval base
the truth hurts you doesn't itAnd then deflecting into your usual rant. Predictable... I almost feel sorry for you.. almost.
the truth hurts you doesn't it
Vichyball is struggling worldwide
but
for you its a river in Africa
You and truth have never been in the same hemisphere.
France seem to be doing ok, they are even holding a world cup in a couple of months that will make hundreds of millions of euros for them and World Rugby.
Japan seem to be doing ok, All of their teams are owned and run by multinational corporations, and their national team is improving every year.
So once again, you are telling lies.... predictable.

Where are the mods ? This thread is a pain to read. Should be discussing a potential NZ team and how to best structure it.
Personally don't think NZ2 is feasible at present, more focus should be on improving pathways.
As far as mission "Turbo Charge" is concerned if we are going up to 20 teams a second NZ team is a given. Whether that is team 19 or 20 is what is up for debate IMO.
Any chance of the ARU fielding teams in the Japanese competition?
It'll be one way of keeping the best players in Australia.

This thread is just an annoying rugby troll foaming at the mouth, jealous of the success of the NRL
