We can all agree that the Australian Super Rugby club will collapse within the decade. So what will the NZ rugby clubs do? Go solo? Join up with Japan maybe?
when ch 9 /stan offers RA half of what they're on now
& thats being generous
& RA tell unzud onion they need to coff up the shortfall out of their earnings from their media rights
& unzud toffball tells RA to go fly a kite ... it'll be ova.

back to
Manawatoh V Plenty of lakes or something .. for the kiwis

&
Randwick V Waringah for the aussies
that'll save em LOL

And yet RL would kill to get that crowd for a Australia v argentina international.

hell we‘d kill to get Argentina to play league!!!
try getting the point
noone in Aus cares about Argentina ... unless they're playing soccer
that will NEVER .. change

lets let toffball waste their time trying

What sort of crowds do they get now?
well
TBA ofc haha

but my guess is 3 cats , a dog & a kiwi that waddles into the occassional game

that number should double tho when Stupor wugby folds & their NPC is all they have outside of the All Bliks

PNG too
ya know , that country thats twice the size of unzud & loves our game,
hell its their national sport ...

the answer to my pop quiz ?

And has less people with TVs than Auckland.

And here is a pop quiz for you... What will get more viewers and the bigger crowd, an NRL or Origin game or when the All Blacks play South Africa at Twickenham as the last game of thr RC, before the world cup in the year?

1970's 's F#ck origin.

it’s killing international RL.
It died 50 years ago when the soap dodgers couldn't keep up with Australia , Its been replaced by the biggest version of our game there is ... Origin

Australians will never cop .... Australia A v Australia B ( RL WC final ) either , that will never replace Origin.

We'll still turn up to the international game tho , half interested & win everything there is , so don't panic

feel free to remove yourself from the 1970's & join us in the modern RL world anytime you like.

Tell ya what, for someone who says that they like Rugby League, played Rugby league, was an administrator for a Rugby league team and wants more funding for Rugby League in NZ..you come across a someone that hates it with a passion.

Let's play a game:
If you like both, then why do you care?

Do yourself a favour.
Do 2 things.
1: watch the last test in the WC between Kangaroos and Kiwis in Leads ( better, more intense contest than origin involving more talent)
Look at the current players and assemble a Kiwi team ( i guarantee you it's far better than QLD or NSW team)
We are on the cusp of the Kiwis beating Australia regularly and once that rivalry is embedded, it will be the pinnacle of Rugby league along with Tonga v Samoa

ummm
If Sydney is a decider it will draw a sellout crowd of 83K...bigger then all the pommy toffs at Twickenham with their pims & cucumber sandwiches, might score more then 1 try too .. the idiots won't know whats going on ....
& the fact that you had to run away to play the saffas, ya know .. to make some $$ speaks volumes
just volumes

but back to our region ... our back yard
the big dog round here Tea cup
who is it ?

I merely answer in kind.

This thread is simply an attack thread about your imaginary code war. None what you and the circle jerk post even supports League in NZ... so why should I care what you lot think... it's fun to point out how wrong you lot are.

I think the best thing that can happen for RL in NZ is another team and I hate Union .
This thread has enraged you because you're a Union guy watching Unions ship sink.

And yet it hasn't the last few years.... but don;t let the truth get in the way of a good rant.

It speaks volumes that two countries are preparing for a world cup by staging a game in the same region? Oh of course.. world cups get cancelled in League.

Australia is all you have to fall back on... your claim the RC is "still a mile behind the NRL & .... Origin" is looking more and more ludicrous... simply because the RC has more people in more countries watching it than the NRL or Origin.

I watched it
it was good , but not a patch on Origin

the aussies were barely interested & that kept it close ...

the fact that there hasn't been an international between the 2 in Australia , in eff knows when indicates the status it has here ..... none
If it was important to the general RL public here .... that wouldn't happen.

whats important atm is who wins Origin
sellout crowds in every mainland capital .... afl land too , & TV ratings bigger then any sporting event , singular or series in this country back this up.

Yeah but what you think has never been right so that hardly matters. You don't know anything about the game here.

And "enraged" really??? Only an idiot gets angry over an internet post... oh shit.. i forgot your meltdown while you were on holiday... of course you would think others get angry.. it's what you do.

And as for "hating" a sport? really? That is about the lamest thing there is.
