he has nothing positive to add about rugby league

How would you know, you've got me on ignore remember.

let him shout at clouds and we keep the conversation on positive rugby league content

You mean like how you constantly talk down rugby league and say it can't gain fans outside its heartland? Or how it can only be popular if every other code dies? So much positivity.

TBF he is selective in that. Doesnt believe non RL fans in Perth will ever follow the game, believes non RL fans in NZ will switch codes at the drop of a hat. Hmmm.

My main contention with handing Perth one of the next three NRL licences is it will come at the expense of a more deserving candidate and drain the talent pool.

I'm not convinced that a Perth-based team will generate stronger crowds and more revenue from football operations than NZ2 and Brisbane 3.

A Perth-based team will not generate as many active fans and talent for the NRL as Brisbane 3, NZ2 and PNG.

These are business decisions, 'deserve' shouldn't come into it.

And who's fault is it that WA struggles to produce much talent or many fans? You've trapped them in a catch 22 of your own creation and are using it's existence to maintain it. At that point it's a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Maxipad is still carrying on like a wanker...

You literally went from supporting a Perth team to opposing it because some anonymous person on the internet upset you.

That same anonymous person on the internet made you go from saying there are too many teams in Sydney, to advocating for more teams in Sydney.

You have to use an alt account to agree with you, because the only other person who does is laughed at by the rest of the forum because of his stupid claims.

You regularly make multiple posts in a row that contradict each other, because your out of control hatred for Perth means you can't stay consistent in any of your arguments.

If you want to talk about posters "carrying on like a wanker" try reading your last 6 months of posts.
