I’m not saying it’s right, but it’s the reality f what will likely apply there.
Port Moresby just doesn't have the depth and breadth of corporates that any major Australian (or NZ) city will have.

Luckily for us, the NRL seems to be slowly backing away from this shitshow of an idea

Going on a holiday to a Bali or Thailand is also very much the same as government and corporates living the high life in one of the poorest countries in the world.
Poor countries derive income from richer foreign tourists visiting. Are you saying that people in poor countries should be deprived of tourism income?

Yes comparing any Australian city to Port Moresby is not in anyway stupid

Someone eating a prawn sandwich in a corporate box in Port Moresby isn't giving someone in a "poor country" income.

This is all bullshit anyway, PNG isn't going to make money out of corporate hospitality or gate receipts. And there certainly isn't going to be some huge influx of NRL tourism.

Jeeze with this Aussie refs does the nrl really want to expand in nz
It’s pretty clear over the years certain clubs have ‘gotten the rub of the green’ with officiating, I always wondered why the Warriors tended to get the rough end of the deal- you’d think the NRL would benefit massively from the Warriors doing well

“The finals schedule has some flexibility around time slots, so we looked at all sporting action taking place across the weekend to ensure we’re giving fans the opportunity to enjoy as much sport as possible.”

right out of the super rugby boss mouth.

More salt please
Well put it this way. The Warriors game was never moving because they are the biggest club team in NZ 👌 "Super" Rugby had to bow to us as they are the inferior product.

We've crushed them in QLD and NSW, we've crushed them in Victoria. Next we will crush them in WA and NZ.

Refs always favour the strong teams

If they complain more chance ref gets sacked
