how many do u mean when you say lots of people? And what do you mean by cheap?
There are a few backpacker hostels in the city that im sure could accomodate a fair few people and i wouldnt think they charge more than about $30 per night max. It all depends on what sort of quality youre after.
Mate i would go for the backpackers for sure then. I know of two decent sized places right near Newcastle Beach. Head to the Newcastle train station and they are not too far from there (5 min walk).
personally, after the rubbish you and your fans dished out last week, id tell you to sleep in the gutter with all your other scumulla mates, dont expect any favours from us
Parki - I know we didn't have a great experience at Shark Park, but I'm sure those young drunk guys are a small minority. They don't care about the footy and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't make the trek up to Newcastle to watch the footy, unlike The Nulla.
The Nulla - sorry mate, can't help with accomodation cos I stay at my mum's when I go up there and have no idea what's around...
nulla you will be most welcome in newy. You got lucky last week next time its our turn.I stayed in the backpackers in town near the beach and I wouldnt recomend it for a large group. It only has a few small rooms on each floor. How are you travelling car ,train, bus, boat, helo, plane, skates. That would make the decision for you .Cant get better than a couple of rooms at the F1 if driving.
I think the F1 charges $59 per room - but the rooms sleep up to 4 people I think - so that is pretty cheap.
I'd rather stay in town though - not much to do out at Wallsend.
