Plus, a classic Storm tactic, at the play the ball, the man who's playing the ball takes a step sideways to ensure the markers are offset for the player running from dummyhalf, who moves in the opposite side to the markers, it give the dummy half runner enough time to beat the markers every time.

They should be penalised for it.
