Benji needs to have a spectacular year next year to not get the tap on the shoulder.

It's pretty unlikely though. However it should mean the club is free from all 2005 old boys influence and move on. All retreads would have been tried and failed.

Benji has three good seasons as a player at the Tigers.

Ciraldo was a complete plodder of a player who is toted as being responsible for the off ball structures used by the two best defensive teams in the 2024 season.

Ciraldo had won a NRL final as an interim coach five years before getting a full time gig.

Benji is literally only in the position due to a hail mary scheme cooked up by the clubs incompetent previous management.
