Your like the skeepe of the NFL forum:lol:

I blame spygate for the pats winning today lol

it was a very convincing win by the patriots today. the way that ravens wr dropped the ball in the endzone for the would be winning td was all the patriots good work and nothing to do with with the dumbarse wr.

btw, if you spent more time watching the game and less time watching brady's jockstrap you may have noticed how curious it was he wasn't called for grounding a couple of times.

Congrats to NE and NYG. What a great couple weeks ahead for all involved and their fans. I am watching both games tonight, see you all on the forums over the course of the week.

Best possible outcomes for the Superbowl I wanted to see.

Both the Patriots and Giants were lucky and had a few things fall in there favour. Patriots did enough to win imo. Brady was average but didn't really cost them the game. Flacco stepped up big time. And as said before, Evans and Cundiff definately screwed it for the Ravens and good luck to them getting a job next year.

Giants played pretty well i thought, they definitely were very fortunate on the 9ers special teams turn overs but overall they played well. Same old story for the 9ers. Great on defense and a stuttering offense, it's hard to win a game with the horrible 3rd down conversion rate they had.

I'm going for the Patriots in the Superbowl, we'll see if they can get revenge on the Giants for 4 years ago.

Alex Smith certainly got put back in his place this week. And what's with Jim Harbaugh, he's always got the same look on his face. The "we're getting so hard done by" face
I did notice that about Harbaugh. He seemed to argue every call and have the same upset look on his face. Even when everyone knew he was wrong he was having a go, like on the punt that clearly hit the knee, he kept going on.

Seems like a wanker.

Giants lucky to have the stars aligned but they'll learn from their mistakes. They've been building up to something special for the past few weeks and I feel this might be an epic super bowl.

I had to sit through super bowl 42, hopefully the pats can get another ring, i hated how the fans booed bledsoe after the game though

And cundiff should of kicked it, but i put blame on the coaches for not calling a timeout instead of giving the bloke 6 secs to kick it

Sussed the replays.
Dissapointing tbh. I thought the ravens did enough to win it.
But noooooo

Pats had luck galore at the end there.

Bummed about SF losing.
But that'll happen when you dont convert a 3rd down. And drop punts.....

Superbowl should be good though. Day off. Brews....

Ravens @ Pats Thoughts:
Flacco shut up haters
Lee Evans is a shadow of what he was a couple of years ago
Cundiff cost Ed Reed and Ray Lewis the chance at another ring (or the 1st in Reed's case)
Brady was terrible and the Pats won, good sign
WR on Anquan Boldin? Stupid and Giants will torch them for that.
Booing Bledsloe, really? Terrible.
Wilfork is a beast.
Ray Rice wasn't that good, I thought BGE and Ricky Williams outplayed him completely
Had a huge laugh when they showed Cundiff's FG% over 50 yards (before his miss). 1-10 in his last 10 attempts. How does he have a job?

Giants @ 49ers thoughts
Kyle Williams will probably get cut, he will always be remembered for this
Eli wasn't clutch this game, though I can give him a break because of front 7 pressure
Aldon Smith is my favourite non-Raiders player, just love watching him play
49ers D is the best in the NFL IMO, it's a huge battle even getting a 1st down. I would love Oakland to nab Fangio, their D coordinator
Alex Smith turned into old, deer in the headlights Alex Smith. Missed a lot of throws, and only had one throw to a WR for two yards.
Only third down converted for the 49ers was last play in the 1st half, it says something about the defense when a team goes 1-12 on 3rd down and loses because of punt fumbles
NFL should change the rule on muffed punts, that should be a TD
I would recommend this game for someone trying to get into the NFL. Had old school football and emotion. A brilliant game.

Looking forward to Pats/Giants. Eli vs Brady at Peyton's house.

Really enjoyed both games. And we've got two teams in the big one the great QB's. Going to be a great SB. Hopefully I get to watch it live, not sure yet.

Hate to say it, but if not for Kyle Williams, I think the Giants/49ers game would still be going. But then again if not for his first fumble, 49ers probably win in regulation. Their D played out of their skins and deserved better.
Giants once again forgot their running game until the end. A 2-1 run/pass ratio won't win them the SB.

Ravens so unlucky as well. Once again Brady got cocky. After the Ravens INT, they should have been looking for a time consuming drive, not a quick strike TD with 5 minutes left, and it should have cost them. Flacco probably had his best playoff performance.

yeah, let me guess the refs protected Brady today again? Goodall had a quiet word to the officals before the game?

I think you get over the SB loss and marvel the games greatest player, and if watching Brady's jockstrap can get me potentially 4 sb rings, sexy model chicks then i will be more then happy to go for the juggular:lol::p

New England, great respectable side, great role models, they should be given a few more sb's for that alone:D

I think the NFL forum should have their own version of the Paul Carige Award.

Seriously though, is Williams dead yet?

Man oh man did the Saints waste a perfect opportunity for a Superbowl Ring this year...

Congrats to the Pats and Giants and their fans. Time for Big blue to knock off Brady one more time...

To be fair on Billy Cundiff, he's not the first bloke in history to fluff a game changing kick. Vikings fans still haven't forgiven Gary Anderson

I'm not about to forget Kyle Williams any time soon. :fist:

Seems he pulled the same trick on a championship game when playing for Arizona, handing over the win to the opposition...
