he rushed it, and put it wide, a TO, or even letting the clock go, copping the 5 yards and setting properly for a 37 yarder

i know 5 yards makes that a harder kick but distance, anything under 40 yards shouldnt be a concern for an NFL level kicker. The holder didnt get it perfect either. It was a balls up from second one of that play

if they used the time out, it would have gone to OT, but cant complain its the last Sb ill see the Patriots in for a long time, hopefully they dont drop off the face of the planet though

definitely on the coaches, should have called a time out as soon as you see your kicking having to rush himself or as you said taken the 5 yard delay of game penalty. I think it was a good hold personally, laces weren't perfect straight but that was a shanked kick and had nothing to do with the hold.

Talking about holds how about Weatherford on the game winner for the Giants? That was some real slick moves to get that ball down and set for the kick. Loved his reaction as well running down the field ' im going to the superbowl'
