Nothing can be signed off until FA starts though.

For sure... But the Raiders and the Jags HAVE to overpay as they need to bring the minimum spend up or the league will sanction them.

He will be when he has Khalil Mack, Mario Edwards Jr and hopefully later on Aldon Smith lining up on the line next to him...

We just need to get some help in the secondary... Either drafting or in free agency.
