I very much doubt the 49ers will trade down from the No. 2 spot as they seem very keen on either Bosa or Allen (depending on what the Cardinals do). Trading down to 6 and/or 17 would see them miss out on both. They want to win now, not in 2-3 years time.

Don’t be so sure... i listen to 95.7 the game in SF daily and they have already talked about this numerous times.

Because this class is absolutely loaded on defence...

I could see a deal for 6, 17 & maybe something a 2nd for next season.

You’d miss out on Bosa but at 6 there’s a chance Josh Allen would be there or if not you have Gary, Oliver, Sweat... then with 17 you can get that wideout or corner you desperately need...

his agent is only worried about making his commission. bell obviously didn't want to play on the franchise tag two years in a row. and wanted more than $10m fully guaranteed to sign a long term deal.

but they haven't said how much of the contract is fully guaranteed. run of the mill guarantees don't offer players any security at all as they give teams an out to cut the player before a new season begins.
