BEST: Work is done and I've now got three days off to get my sh*t in order

WORST: Another car accident last night means that five (and likely six, since the other is critical) have died in accidents in Glen Innes in the past week. One of the kids who died is the younger brother of a girl I'm friends with, and his father was the policeman first on the scene. So messed up.

BEST: My contract is in the mail and should be with my new employer by the end of the week. Then I've just got to wait for my E2 visa and plane ticket to arrive.

WORST: Got begged into coming into work today, but did manage to exchange it for getting out of Friday so I can get my typhoid and hep vaccinations.

WORST: Needles on Friday! And only eleven hours work next week to save from.
