Looks like a pretty gutsy player.... supposedly stayed on despite trainers requests and turned the game. Looked pretty busted at times but battled on. Week off will do him wonders imo.

Thanks mate. Would have been a shame if he was ruled out of the running for a nothing tackle like on the weekend. He would have to be head and shoulders above the rest of the rookies so far. I cant even think of one that would be close?

True that. When he went down before half time I thought we had lost him for a few weeks minimum. He was in agony.

A week off now is probably a blessing in disguise. Needs to be managed so he doesn't get atale due to the higher intensity of NRL, especially with injuries to other backrowers.
