Rugby league is about to be hit by another unsavoury sex scandal.

A woman has engaged a legal firm, who are preparing a civil suit against a player who allegedly filmed a sex act and then distributed it among his mates.

The lady in question insists the incident was filmed without her knowledge or consent and is seeking aggravated damages from the player in court.

The case will hit the media as soon as the paperwork is filed and the publicity is just what the game doesn't need … yet again.

Judiciary stuff still makes me shake my head and wonder wtf?

Kaufusi only getting 2 weeks for his Matto elbow was the ultimate in ludicrus ..... I don't know if it has made them try and be harsher?

Momirovski found guilty - 3 week ban. It was high and amybe a little late. But really not that bad .... and he ends up out 3 weeks. Way too harsh.

Radley has got a downgrade and now only a $1900 fine .... probably a fair result given the Munster laying down debarcle ..... but hey it still pays to be a rooster and get downgraded ... probably only cost him 1 round of golf with uncle nick.
