+1. IIRC revenge porn was inserted into the Crimes Act and is now a recognized offence ? So isn't Napa basically a victim of revenge porn ? Unlike Norman who shared his video himself?
Dunno but in the article Todd says the person who leaked it has committed a crime. At least in the Norman case the line could be blurred with the drug stuff, but we all know he was punished for the video too. This one is different though, and I doubt Napa will be as willing to accept any punishment.
