If you don’t like it, we can change it back.Getting a bit sick of endless rule changes tbh
Winners kick? Super league tried that in 97.
Good rule change. Games where one team dominates possession are shit to watch, unless it's your team with all the ball.
Agreed. It’s not unlimited tackles, you just have to work hard and not give away resets. They have the rule in the NFL, where you can starve a team of possession for a whole quarter just going through one drive upfield. It makes sense there.
Here you only have to defend for 6 tackles and more often than not the ball is then yours. If you can’t get possession after that then you don’t deserve it.
Yep. A team gets the chance to get the ball at the end of a set of six. Teams that don’t get an even share of possession either drop it often or give away too many penalties. It’s their own fault. I’m not sure why we should be helping teams who keep on making errors. They did.
Can’t remember if it had much of a difference during a game, but I don’t think it’s all that necessary.
It depends if receiving the ball from a kickoff is an advantage compared to kicking off. Part of what determines that is other rules. They did.

If it was that f**king easy possession would be pretty much equal in every game. The fact is the teams with better players tend to dominate possession, which they don't really need, given the advantage they already have in personnel.Agreed. Kick off and get down there n belt em again so they drop the f**king ball at their endIt depends if receiving the ball from a kickoff is an advantage compared to kicking off. Part of what determines that is other rules.
Those errors are probably due to a mismatch in playing talent. If we can't fix the issue of some teams consistently having better squads than others then we should implement rules that don't compound the advantage of having better players in your team.Yep. Noel Kelly has passed away
I reckon this is one of the stupidest things I have heard:
What the f**k does it have to do with being a strong coach?
Gee Drown’s hair looks ridiculous but doubt it bothers BA!!
FFS also anyone with teenage boys know mullets are the latest trend!!!
I think Wayne Bennett vetoes stupid haircuts.
yeah that’s fine, up to the coach to set the standards he wants. But for Buzz to say a coach isn’t strong for allowing “mullets”.......
