My major concern is be testing. How do you know if Joe Blow punched cones last Friday night or this morning before he started work? We're not that good, yet.

Truck drivers, forklift operators, crane operators etc. I'm not against the decriminlisation of marijuana but I just don't think we're able to fully cover the implications, yet.

Get the testing right and I'm ok with it. Alcohol is much worse than marijuana.

In Colorado a positive test for THC will result in a blood test. A result of more than 5ng will get you a DUI charge.

I doubt many people are having half a puff of a joint. Most who smoke it are getting stoned everytime. Your comparing some drunk with stoned then yes I agree Alchol is worse.
But your 2 or 3 drinks a week well....
