I dont wash clothes. Hence the need for a machine
When we used to live in an apartment, we owned a Bendix washer/dryer. It washes your clothes and then turns itself into a condenser dyer whereby the moisture is extracted and chucked down the drain. Great invention but OTT expensive unless you need to save space.

I've got a fischer and pykel top loader a few years ago, and it's been pretty good, clothes are clean, reasonably quick cycle time , prior had a front loader, takes too f**king long to do a wash cycle, prior to that another F&P I had for about 15 years or so, it was still working when we replaced it with the front loader which we did for water saving ( was on tank water at the time ) My now ex has the front loader ( which she hates )

Life is good.
Ahhh yes, you just reminded me of the biggest drawback with the front loader we had, it took forever for a was to finish.

So Israel has been found guilty.

From my own Christian perspective, there has been some pretty major facts that have been missed in the whole saga and I'm not too worried about the suppression of freedom of speech and not concerned with the apparent anti Christian rhetoric that is being spouted out. In fact, Israel is the one to blame here and the common argument that he merely "quoted the Bible" is false, he is not being sacked for quoting the Bible.

Israels infamous "Drunks, homosexuals, atheist...........hell awaits" post is NOT a Bible quote and it's actually this picture and not the Bible quotes he later posted that has gotten him in this mess.

Go back and look at the actual Bible quotes he posted after the picture, the Bible quotes and the picture do not match, not one Bible quote referenced homosexuals or hell, only his original picture did so to say he is being targeted for quoting the Bible is false.

In fact, if he had merely just put those Bible quotes up, he would not be in this mess.

Regardless of what Israel believes, RA are not trying to stop him from believing those things but being in his position they've ask to restrain from promoting those views. Here he has 2 choices, agree or disagree.

Now from my own theological perspective, Israels 'hell' in my opinion is also false which is another matter on it's own and the way Israel has been preaching about 'hell' was never done by the apostles. Theologically I think he's messed up, his heart is in the wrong place and I fear he's lost all this over nothing and one day if he realises he may have in fact preached false theology with a hard heart, he's gonna have some regret over his actions.

Anyway, I'm cool with the skydaddy, fairytale stuff I get, don't wanna suppress that stuff either. Flame away.

The media are trying to make more of the moral/theology/free speech side of things to stir up some clicks.

It is actually a very simple matter relating to terms of employment.

Can I just say from a religious POV the Catholic church have publicly positioned themselves as an employer which requires their employees to maintain certain beliefs and have made it known that supporters of SSM and abortion etc are not welcome. I think most would say that it would be reasonable that if an high profile employee went rogue on the church that termination of their employment would be an appropriate stance.
