Like anything, fish can be excellent when done correctly. Just because RS has his moniker on a place doesn't mean it will be great. I love fish when it's done right, but that's nowhere near 85% of the time.

True. I quite like a whole baby snapper cooked on bbq with chilli/coriander sauce. But to be fair to Rick, I've had Turbot in one of the UK's best restaurants and thought 'Meh'.

did you read your source mate ?

This figure shows how the total annual amount of precipitation in the contiguous 48 states has changed since 1901.

The graph he posted is worldwide.

There is a pattern of increasing precipitation, though as you can see from the the graph for the US, it's not the same result everywhere

The real question is so what? More heat will mean more water vapour in the air, water vapour is also a greenhouse gas, so if more co2 = more heat = more water vapour = more heat, then you have a feedback loop.

Feedback loops are the forcing required for so called runaway climate change.

Not really mate. Stayed around Jervis Bay a few times. Stopped over at Narooma too on the way to Metung in Victoria. Had a mate who had a house in Bermagui and have also stayed there. Visually it’s very pretty just not looking forward to the cooler water temperatures. I usually holiday in Byron Bay.

And thanks for the offer.

Byron a bit of a touristy/backpackers town. I don't like it that much anymore.
Sth coast is still quite untouched. Aslong as you can appreciate this and the simple foods around. I sometimes think this is the best bit. You still have your standard cafes, no fancy breakie etc. Plenty of chinese, Indian, Thai and pubs to eat at. Less high end. We live in Sydney so no shortage of good food in our normal lives.
I do reccomend a day trip to Husky. Nice spot. Sussex is also worth visiting. The movie theatre is worth the visit. Again it's herritage and old school.
Also Lake Conjola. Places like Bateman Bay and Ulludulla are to big a town but if need shopping are handy.
How long will you stay?
