The guy is very lucky as it was only a juvenile and roughly the same size as him. Any bigger and he wouldn’t have survived.

Yeah. Its a good spot. Nice being at the beaches but its taking me nearly an hour to get in to work at the moment.

You know when the hindy111 purchased? Last April when Sydney was in lockdown and every one hid in their shells. Experts predicted 20-30% falls. And people with investment properties panicked and started selling off.
I snapped up a place literaly 4km from the CBD. It's an old piece of shit built in 1910 that I am slowly fixing up. I'll wait till market heats up and border open then I will flog it off to someone rich and desperate.
