Your Novak love is admirable but where I draw the line is the idea that he is disliked purely because he is Serbian. He is disliked because of his actions.

It wouldn't matter what race he was, anyone with the same track record would be equally disliked.

It's not that he is Serbian, at least on this forum. I know that because I'm from a Serbian background and I'm clearly the most liked member here.

Generally it's because he doesn't come from the norm of what a tennis player should be from and how they should act. This is why If I were him I couldn't give a f**k and wouldn't do these silly from the heart thank you's after winning a match. If I were him I'd grab my balls and say something in Serbian.

There is however an element of him being Serbian which is why they don't like him in the US. Bombing those nasty Serbs in '99 put paid to that.

Mate I've experienced it in the US. I have an Australian passport. However the town where I was born in sounds funny. The Americans on 3 separate occasions have asked me where that is. When I say Serbia, I have been stripped searched once and searched more thoroughly on 2 other occasions.

Please mate, the world is full of racism. As I posted earlier, please don't insult my intelligence. It happens, racism exists, don't be naive or even worse be ignorant of it.

Yep you were right. The Minister, as is his right by law (the same law that previously ruled in favour of Novak), applied Section 133C (which clearly references Section 116) of the Act which states:

I’d say that based on the evidence over the last few days where an affidavit presented in court contradicts the direct testimony from the defendant on social media a few days later is more than sufficient evidence to suggest the grounds exist. But it’s not what you or I think, the law provides for the Minister to make that decision based on all of the evidence presented to them (which you and I aren’t privy to).

Gaz is privy to it. He is also privy to what every person that follows sport thinks. You see he knows there aren't racists that follow sport. Not one. Just like when we Aussies weren't racist about Murali taking the most wickets, it was because he was solely a chucker, nothing else. There was not a hint of racism. It just can't be.
