I’d say that based on the evidence over the last few days where an affidavit presented in court contradicts the direct testimony from the defendant on social media a few days later is more than sufficient evidence to suggest the grounds exist. But it’s not what you or I think, the law provides for the Minister to make that decision based on all of the evidence presented to them (which you and I aren’t privy to).

Yeh, I'm not sure they'll go down the road of comparing the affadavit to social media posts. With the right (wrong) judge that could backfire pretty quickly.

You clearly don’t remember the murali no ball incident. It was massive news around the world. The fact we’re in a pandemic has obviously made this even more controversial but it’s not due to the fact Novak is more persecuted than any other.
