They're always "So-and-so is a proud <insert tribe> man, and he will play that card whenever he is abused for carrying on like a merkin on the field. As a modern, risk-averse corporation first and foremost, we will stand with this brave victim in hopes of avoiding another Occupy Wall Street moment."

Justin Hodges used to get booed, he never really gave a shit though
Can you imagine Canberra telling there fans next year you can't boo Jack Wighton for example.

I suppose that's the difference between the two sports. Rugby League feeds off tribalism.

While AFL just wants to be everyone's friend and please everybody.

Wasted opportunity. Could have used the Oils Wedding Cake Island as a backing track.

the discussion was about racists booing an AFL player, but carry on Pou, you might find someone who will want to play with you

sorry, I don't feel like playing today, I got a bit on
How do you know it's not just opposition fans booing an AFL player? White players get booed when they act like merkins. Why should indigenous players get a free pass?

Of course the budget was going to be a surplus. Its just luck. Unemployment at record lows. Mining companies with record profits.
Nothing to do with who is in charge.

Wow!!

I've walked past that place a million times! Well, not really a million but ya know what I mean.
Whoever bought it certainly has big plans for it.
My grandparents unrenovated 100 year old TINY 2 bed place on 300m2 in Bronte barely cracked the $2 million mark back in 2018. The proceeds have ever since been paying for mum and dads aged care fees.
